Multiple Instances of the Same Application from Unity Launcher

Did anybody say it is not possible with Unity? I have been hearing this since the last few weeks that Unity is missing a very important feature but guess what, It is not.

A simple middle-click from your mouse opens up a new instance of any application you like. Simple, very simple!

Or, from the keyboard, press Alt + F1 to focus the Launcher. Then use <Up>, <Down> arrow keys to navigate to your desired application and then press <Space> bar to launch a new instance. This might help in the case of those who've got a mouse with just 2 buttons or those dealing with touch-pads etc. If you want to avoid such a key-heavy operation, see here:
